Presentation of the painting “Special Military Operation”

Exhibition launch by Kildare Art Collective at Riverbank Arts Centre McKenna Gallery on 04th June.

The artist Paul Woods is exhibiting one of his new works as part of this show, entitled “Special Military Operation’, dealing with the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The artist personally invited the Association of Ukrainians in Ireland to attend the opening event. The exhibition presents the 15 artists’ interpretations of normal and what it means to them. It examines concepts of the everyday such as family, climate, justice, politics, and more using a diverse range of media including video, painting, sculpture and textiles.
