The Ukrainian Development Center in Cavan conducts various classes for children
Події
Every week, the Ukrainian Development Center in Cavan gathers Ukrainian children of different ages so that they can have a useful and interesting time, communicate in Ukrainian, learn and develop creatively.
The largest number of children come to the ART class, where masterpieces are born in a magical and creative atmosphere. Sea waves, funny bees, Christmas flowers, New Year’s landscapes – it’s all our children draw, craft, sculpt.
There are also classes on the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian development, in which young children aged 4-7 are prepared for school in Ukrainian, and older children aged 8-10 study the Ukrainian language. Classes are held in a playful way so that children can open up as much as possible in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
You can find out more about the work of the Center on the Facebook page at the link.
We sincerely thank our teachers, volunteers, the Community Foundation for Ireland and the Healthy Ireland Fund, Cavan County Council, Cavan County Local Development for supporting the work of the Center.
Thanks also to Cavan Gaels and Niall O’Riordan for providing a state of the art facility for the school in Terry Coyle Park.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Development Center is supported by the Association of Ukrainians in Republic Ireland (AURI) and Cavan County Local Development.
