Saint Nicholas greeted Ukrainian children in Cavan

On December 17, 2022, a real miracle happened in Cavan! Saint Nicholas came to the Ukrainian children and brought gifts and festive mood to all good girls and boys!

The action took place at the Ukrainian Development Center based at Terry Coyle Park (Cavan).

On this day, more than 250 Ukrainian children living in County Cavan attended the event. For them, a fabulous atmosphere was created by the pupils of the theater group of the Ukrainian Sabbath School, who had been diligently preparing all this time.

Incredible scenery, vivid images of heroes, friendly and creative atmosphere – everything was created so that children who are now far from Ukraine do not forget about Ukrainian traditions, feel the Christmas and New Year magic, cherish hope in a speedy return home and believe that miracles happen!

The guests of the holiday were St. Nicholas, as well as Santa and bears. As a gift, the children received Ukrainian books from the Old Lion Publishing House and sweets.
